Make good money pursuing work that’s meaningful, in a way that’s sustainable.

Founder support & business development for principled, industry-shaping entrepreneurs.

Unburden yourself from narrow ways of being.

Shift your relationship to your business.

Lead your own growth.

Together, we can…

  • Figure out what’s next for you career-wise (a new direction within your current business, starting or leaving a business altogether)

  • Identify your strengths and growth edges as a founder/company

  • Clarify your guiding values and beliefs (these become the lenses you pass decisions through!)

  • Uncover and develop language for what makes you unique (use this in your messaging, PR, or as a founders story)

  • Develop a business model/ecosystem that’s profitable and sustainable

  • Design an approach to marketing and sales that honours your goals, capacities, and resources

  • Create a roadmap for your growth by figuring out what’s worth doing and in what order

  • Access and strengthen many ways of knowing by creating reflection, visioning, decision-making, and measurement practices that actually make sense for you

Our work together is an opportunity to slow down, listen, and course correct.

We’re having the conversations you couldn’t on your own. We’re creating the conditions required for you to explore—and express—the fullness of your potential.

Together we reveal, not force new ways.

How we’ll work together:

  • We’ll have a session every other week*. These steady, rhythmic checkpoints anchor our work and foster momentum

  • Two business days after each session I’ll follow up with key takeaways, actionable next steps, and any insights that have surfaced since our conversation. These notes foster richer self-understanding and become a valuable reference library

  • Between sessions, I’m available to answer quick questions, provide feedback, and share resources. I am your steady, sighted, in-it-with-you collaborator

*I sell packages of four sessions. You can purchase repeat packages for ongoing work together. After our intro meeting, I’ll be able to give you an educated guess of how long you can expect to work together to meet your desired goals.

Session length ranges from 1-2 hours. After our intro meeting, I’ll design a package (including session length) that best fits your needs.

Move forward with:

Clear direction.
Aligned action.
Grounded momentum.

What you can expect:

  • Clear direction for your business

  • Calmer, confident decision-making on behalf of yourself and your business

  • A less reactive, more proactive approach to growth

  • Simple and spacious goal setting that’s rooted in the reality of your life

  • Increased self, relational, and business awareness. You’ll develop a new toolkit for understanding (and working with!) yourself and others

  • Supportive structures and routines that facilitate the way you want to feel and the impact you want to have

  • Increased ease and play at work (access to more of yourself means more vitality!)

  • Sharpened discernment when vetting potential opportunities (less wasted time/money)

  • Marketing and sales practices that feel steady and expansive

  • A profitable business model that honours the direction you want to grow in

  • A felt sense of momentum. Clients call me “the antidote to shiny-object syndrome”. I help you find and stay in your own lane so there’s less overthinking, less spinning out, and more progress (this is the counterintuitive power of slowing down)

You’ll emerge from our work together with deepened self and relational awareness, as well as an actionable set of lenses, tools, principles, and practices to guide further growth

Build the skills required to grow—and sustain—a profitable business.

Who it’s for:

  • You’re navigating a significant transition and don’t want to do it alone. You’re building a new business, figuring out what’s next for yourself career-wise, managing a team for the first time, or making the move from scrappy to sustainable

  • You’re expressing more of yourself and facing the tension that comes with doing the unexpected. What will people think? Will I alienate my audience? Will I still be able to make money if I go this way?

  • Most business advice you’ve explored feels too flat, too narrow, or too prescriptive for the reality of your business and life. You want someone who gets it. Who listens, who cares equally about the health of you and the health of your business, and who can help you make clear, aligned decisions

As your advisor, my job is to facilitate productive conversations between yourself and your business.

I’m not here to have all the answers (you are the expert on your business!). I’m here to ask the right questions and enter into them with you.

Next steps:

Book your free, no-obligation, 30-minute consult call. We’ll get to know each other, clarify what’s going on in your business and what kind of support you need, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

FAQs

  • Yes! I work both with solo founders and small teams of 2-4 co-founders.

I particularly enjoy working with couples who also run a business together. Having a place to talk through your work and working dynamic with someone who’s not a therapist can be extremely helpful. Our sessions can also act as structured, guided space to discuss the business so that you can protect more of your personal time together.

The interesting thing about co-founders is you have to tend to the relationship between founders, the relationship each of you have to the business, and the business itself. If any of those relationships are off, it’ll block growth. Navigating these layered dynamics is particularly vitalizing to me.

Please read my general FAQs page for information on my work with teams.

  • What clients find most valuable about advising is the dedicated space to talk about, think through, and explore everything that’s coming up in their work/business.

Being a founder is isolating. There’s no one above you cheering you on and it can be extremely hard to carve out space to process, digest, play, and strategize. There’s always a growth edge, always something new to learn (especially once you start managing people), and it can be unmooring to realize everything lands on you but you have nowhere to land.

I get to be that person. Unlike a therapist or a supportive partner/friend, I’m uniquely skilled to hold this kind of space and offer strategic perspective and insight rooted in who you are and the business you want to run.

I get to save you and your team a lot of time, energy, and mental pressure. You have a dedicated thought partner who can get you out of the weeds and make sure you’re making progress toward what matters to you.

  • I work in packages rather than monthly for a few reasons:

    1) Flexible start. We can start working together at any time, rather than wait for the 1st of the month.

    2) Regular session times. We choose the time that works for us (i.e. 10am Friday or 9am Tuesday) and meet at that same time every other week. This creates one less thing to think about and supports steady progress/accountability over time. (Similar to how therapy works, you know you have a check-in coming up every other Tuesday).

    3) Flexible terms. Even though most clients end up working with me on a long-term basis (again, similar to therapy, I’ve worked consistently with some clients for 2+ years), I don’t want anyone to be stuck in something more than what they need. Everyone’s businesses and needs are truly different. Some people want to work together indefinitely (I become an invaluable team member), some want to take a break every summer, and some only need 1 or 2 packages to set them up for a new season of business.

Every package includes four sessions (1-2 hours in length) actionable follow-up notes, and email access to me between sessions for quick questions and feedback.

Pricing reflects my hourly rate of $200 CAD.

  • Totally understand. Generally, you need to be at a certain growth/revenue stage for this kind of spending to make sense.

Have a look at Office Hours. It’s a great option for those earlier on in business or those who want ad-hoc support.
