How It Works

When you book you’ll be asked to fill out a few questions. This helps me come to our session prepared and already “in” your business (I’ll also have a quick look through any public-facing marketing materials like your website, social, etc.).

What We Can Work On

Office Hours are an opportunity to check in with your business & get skilled support in figuring out what’s next. You can:

  • Talk through a potential opportunity, new offering, or decision you need to make in your business

  • “Soundboard” everything that’s going on in your business in order to “hear yourself think” and get advice from someone who’s not your partner/friend/therapist/peer

  • Refine the directional and/or structural alignment of your business. Does something feel unbalanced or stagnant, but you’re not sure what it is or how to shift it? We’ll get that clarity together.

We can’t sort out your whole business in an hour, but we can untangle the knot and get meaningful insight on where/how you could make progress.

We’ll make sure to wrap up with clear next steps so you feel supported moving forward. I don’t just want you to feel relief/clarity during the call, I want you to wake up the following day knowing how to put things into practice :)

Pricing & Booking

Standard Rate: $250 CAD plus applicable tax

Maker Rate: $180 CAD plus applicable tax for makers, artists, those in healing professions (therapists, etc.), and anyone with unstable income who would be unnecessarily stretched by higher pricing.

    Book once, book a few times a year, use it as a seasonal check in... whatever works for you :).

  • I believe these professions are vital to the health and sustainability of our world, and yet our culture/economy doesn’t place a high monetary value on their contributions. For example, a therapist’s hourly rate is generally capped much lower than a lawyer’s and a skilled craftsperson generally makes less than someone in tech/finance even though they typically have higher overhead. That makes it harder to start and stay in business, and harder to access the paid support you might need as you go.

    This is one—albeit small—balancing act I can do in favour of work I want to see more of in the world.

    If you’re wondering if you qualify for Maker Rate—please don’t overthink it! If you suspect it might apply to you, it almost certainly does.

    And if you’re not a maker/artist/healer but the lower price point means you can sign up and not feel unnecessarily financially stretched—you qualify! That’s what Maker Rate is here for. I wouldn’t offer it if I couldn’t comfortably sustain it :).
